PC containers / four-station molding

750-V4 ISBM Machine
PC Bottle Making Machine

The 750-V4 is a four-station injection stretch blow molding machine with a catalog specification for PC containers up to 18.9 L. It is a candidate for water-container projects where bottle geometry, resin preparation and the complete molding configuration need to be assessed together.

Review the PC grade, preform, mold interfaces and installation layout as one production proposal.

Model overview

A PC Container Specification with an 18.9 L Reference

The 750-V4 technical sheet identifies PC as the raw material and gives a maximum product-volume entry of 18.9 L. This provides a starting point for a large water-container project.

The bottle drawing still needs to define its overall shape, neck, target mass and closure interface. If a handle, ribs or another feature is required, show that feature in the tool proposal. Other resins require a separate engineering review.

Review the injection and platen specifications →

  1. Injection

Form the preform on the machine using the selected PC grade and preform design.

  2. Conditioning

Transfer the preform for temperature conditioning before stretch blowing.

  3. Stretch Blowing

Stretch and blow the conditioned preform into the specified container geometry.

  4. Ejection

Remove the finished container through the handling arrangement in the proposal.

Installation planning

Specify the Production Setup and Electrical Schedule Together

Use the final installation drawing to check access, clearance and service connections for the complete equipment package.

Prepare the Installation Layout

The specification gives an approximate machine size of 7.5 × 2.4 × 4.0 m and a weight of 22 t. Confirm the final dimensions, access route and required service space on the approved general arrangement drawing.

Allow for the proposed drying, compressed-air, cooling and handling equipment when planning the complete production area.

Confirm the Utility Interfaces

The catalog specifies AC 380 V, 50 Hz, three-phase five-wire power, together with water and compressed-air connections. Keep air supply pressure and working air pressure identified separately in the utility schedule.

Obtain the approved electrical load schedule for the selected servo-hydraulic package, barrel heaters and auxiliary equipment before sizing the plant connection. Define the measurement scope and operating conditions separately when assessing energy use.

Production acceptance

Define the Production Acceptance Test

Provide the PC grade, bottle drawing, weight, neck finish and required accepted output. Request a trial covering cycle time, bottle dimensions, wall distribution and the agreed quality checks.

Record the mold configuration and equipment included in the trial. Use the resulting accepted output to assess the proposed production setup.

Model questions

Questions About the 750-V4

Distinguish plasticizing capacity, accepted bottle output and measured energy use when evaluating a production proposal.

Does 80 kg/h mean a fixed number of bottles per hour?

No. It is a plasticizing-capacity entry. Bottle output also depends on bottle mass, mold configuration, the complete cycle and accepted product quality.

How should operating energy use be evaluated?

A project-specific energy figure requires an agreed measurement scope and production trial. Identify the PC grade, bottle, molding conditions and auxiliary equipment included in the measurement.

What must be confirmed before electrical installation?

Obtain the approved load schedule for the actual machine and auxiliary package before sizing the plant connection. Confirm the supply voltage, frequency, wiring and individual connected loads.
