The H150-V4-VE is the all-electric option in this four-station model group. Its catalog describes ten sets of servo control and provides a PET/PETG product reference. Review the control architecture and installed configuration alongside the proposed bottle and mold.
Define the servo-controlled functions, selected screw and installation requirements in one machine proposal.
Installed power describes the electrical configuration, not measured operating consumption. PCS is the catalog's product-quantity label; confirm its relationship to the proposed mold and active cavities.
Model overview
An Electric Four-Station Package with Ten Servo Control Systems
The H150-V4-VE has its own servo schedule and installation specification. The technical-standard section describes ten servo motor control systems, with a dual-servo blow-clamping structure and pressure compensation among the listed components.
Specify the proposed drive arrangement and control scope in the quotation. Identify the controlled functions, mold configuration, turntable drive and auxiliary systems included in the machine package.
The all-electric classification alone does not establish a cleanroom rating, resin approval or a specific energy saving. Match the supplied equipment and acceptance conditions to the intended PET or PETG bottle project.
Form the preform with the selected 40, 50 or 55 mm screw and specified resin grade.
02
Conditioning
Prepare the preform for stretch blowing using the proposed conditioning tool and settings.
03
Stretch Blowing
Stretch and blow the preform within the selected mold and blow-clamping configuration.
04
Take-Out
Remove the container with the neck handling and removal arrangement defined for the tool.

Read each row as one matched reference. Body, neck, height and weight limits from different rows must not be combined. Final suitability depends on the bottle, preform and mold design.
PCS retains the source terminology and does not independently establish cavity count or production output.
Servo and component configuration
Specify the Servo-Controlled Functions
Use the ten-system control specification as the starting point for a detailed drive schedule. The proposal should identify each controlled function, the selected equipment and the auxiliaries included.

Tooling and installation
Plan the Electrical and Floor-Space Requirements
The listed machine envelope is 5.2 × 1.8 × 3.3 m, with a weight of 7 t. Review the cabinet, mold access and container removal path alongside the confirmed utility schedule.
Review the Complete Electric Installation
Use the confirmed electrical schedule for connection sizing. Account for the selected drive package, heating and auxiliary equipment when preparing the production cell.
The 5.2 m length, 1.8 m width and 3.3 m height describe the machine outline. Review access and handling space around that envelope in the installation drawing.
Confirm the cooling connections applicable to the quoted electric configuration. Keep measured energy consumption tied to the bottle, mold and accepted-output conditions used in the trial.

Check Mold Interfaces and Available Movements
The injection upper and lower strokes are 250 and 205 mm. Conditioning core and cavity strokes are 250 and 230 mm, with a 170 mm take-out stroke.
Use these movements with the actual mold drawings, mounting dimensions, neck components and removal arrangement. The 75 + 75 mm blow-mold stroke and single-side 200 kN blow-clamping entry should stay attached to the proposed tool configuration.
The catalog mentions an ASB-12M interface. Existing tooling still requires a compatibility review covering the station movements, connections and removal sequence before reuse is confirmed.
Related configurations
Select the Correct H150 Configuration
Compare H150-V4 for the alternative drive configuration. Its installed power and machine outline differ from H150-V4-VE, so prepare a separate electrical and layout review.
Consider H150S-V4 where its separately specified plasticizing arrangement is relevant. Use the same bottle drawing, resin grade and output requirement for each proposal.
The installed-power comparison is for equipment and connection planning. It does not compare measured operating consumption or establish an energy-saving percentage.
Model questions
Questions About the H150-V4-VE
Confirm the servo schedule, the electric model's injection specification and the basis for any tooling-reuse proposal.
What servo configuration is documented for this model?
The technical specification describes ten servo control systems. The quotation should identify the controlled functions, drive package and auxiliaries included in the proposed configuration.
Does the electric version use the same screw-speed table as H150-V4?
No. This catalog lists 350 rpm for its three screw columns. The hydraulic model has a different table and those values should not be interchanged.
Can an ASB-12M tool be reused?
The catalog mentions that interface, but the actual mold drawing, station movements, connections and removal arrangement still require a compatibility review.
