The H200-V4B is a separate H200 configuration with 600 mm upper and 350 mm lower injection strokes. Its product table provides a different bottle-height and neck envelope from the H200-V4, making tooling clearance a useful starting point for selection.
Review the paired bottle dimensions, mold interfaces and vertical installation space for your project.
The 90 mm neck reference applies to the first three product-quantity entries; retain each row's body and height values. Installed power is an electrical rating, not measured operating consumption.
Model overview
A Different Movement Envelope Within the H200 Range
The H200-V4B provides 600 mm upper and 350 mm lower injection strokes, compared with 460 and 210 mm on H200-V4. Its conditioning core and cavity strokes are also different, at 300 and 350 mm.
These movements define a separate tooling configuration for assessing mold clearance and preform handling. Review the complete tool and removal sequence when considering taller containers.
The 1 ~ 4 PCS product references list a 280 mm height. The first three use a 90 mm neck reference, while the fourth uses 65 mm. Match the body, neck and height values within the selected row.
Review the preform tool against the 600 mm upper and 350 mm lower movements.
02
Conditioning
Check the conditioning interfaces with the 300 mm core and 350 mm cavity strokes.
03
Stretch Blowing
Confirm the bottle mold, neck support and single-side blow-clamping specification.
04
Take-Out
Verify the removal path and container clearance with the 175 mm take-out stroke.

Read each row as one matched reference. Body, neck, height and weight limits from different rows must not be combined. Final suitability depends on the bottle, preform and mold design.
PCS retains the source terminology and does not independently establish cavity count. Confirm the actual mold layout and accepted output under the agreed bottle-trial conditions.

Tooling and installation
Check Mold Interfaces and Installation Height
Supply the existing tool drawings if mold reuse is part of the project. Review the complete assembly and available building clearance before confirming the machine layout.
Assess an Existing AOKI-250 Mold as an Assembly
The catalog references an AOKI-250 tooling interface. Use that reference to begin an assessment of injection and blow-tool mounting, neck handling, conditioning interfaces and fluid connections.
Check the tool opening and container removal path against the V4B station movements. Identify which parts can be retained and which require modification before confirming reuse.
An interface reference alone does not guarantee that an existing mold can be installed without assessment or changes.
Allow for the 3.8 m Machine Height
The listed envelope is 4.8 × 2.0 × 3.8 m, with a weight of 13 t. Its height is greater than the 3.2 m H200-V4 reference, so check the handling route, available building clearance and service access with the approved layout.
Motor power is 49.2 kW and heating power is 15 kW, giving a total installed power of 64.2 kW. Confirm the electrical schedule for the selected package and its auxiliary equipment.
Keep the machine cooling-water and oil-cooler connections distinct, and include access to the 300 L oil tank in the installation plan.

Compare H200-V4B with H200-V4
The screw-option tables share the same diameters and theoretical volume entries. The station movements, blow-clamping force and installation height distinguish the two configurations.
Compare H200-V4 when its reference envelope already accommodates the bottle and tool. Use the same bottle-quality and output acceptance conditions for both proposals.
Confirm the mold arrangement, shared injection options and model-specific clamping specification before final selection.
Does the B suffix mean double row?
The H200-V4B catalog does not define it that way. Its documented distinctions include the station strokes, bottle-height and neck references, and the AOKI-250 tooling interface. Confirm the actual mold arrangement in the proposal.
Are the injection options the same as H200-V4?
Both tables list 40, 50, 55 and 60 mm screw columns with the same volume entries, but station movements and other specifications differ.
Is the blow clamping force unchanged?
No. H200-V4B lists 250 kN per side, compared with 200 kN per side for H200-V4. The force convention should remain explicit in the proposal.
