The H150-V4 is a four-station machine with a catalog specification for PET and PETG containers. It is a candidate for bottle projects where the proposed mold, neck handling and machine installation need to be reviewed together.
Compare the bottle dimensions, selected injection package and mold interfaces for your project.
PCS retains the catalog's product-quantity terminology; confirm the cavity arrangement for the proposed mold. Installed power is an electrical specification, not a measured production-energy figure.
Model overview
A Four-Station PET and PETG Configuration
The H150-V4 combines a hydraulic classification with the servo-pump systems described in its catalog. Its specification lists PET and PETG and provides four screw options, from 40 mm through 60 mm.
The selected injection package is an important part of the proposal. Compare the complete configuration, including screw, tool and bottle; the listed screw alternatives are not all installed simultaneously.
The 4.2 m machine length and 1.4 m width provide the starting dimensions for the production-cell layout. Review service access, mold handling and container removal alongside the bottle specification.
Form the preform using the selected screw option and the specified PET or PETG grade.
02
Conditioning
Prepare the preform for stretch blowing with the proposed conditioning tool and settings.
03
Stretch Blowing
Stretch and blow the preform within the approved bottle and mold configuration.
04
Take-Out
Remove the molded container with the neck handling and removal sequence defined for the tool.

Product References: 1 ~ 8 PCS
The 1 PCS reference pairs a 118 mm body with an 83 mm neck and a 210 mm height. At 8 PCS, the reference is a 26 mm body, 15 mm neck and 100 mm height.

Read each row as one matched reference. Body, neck, height and weight limits from different rows must not be combined. Final suitability depends on the bottle, preform and mold design.
PCS is the catalog's product-quantity label. Confirm how the selected tooling arrangement relates it to active cavities and output before using it in a production calculation.

Tooling and installation
Assess the Mold Interface and Production-Cell Layout
For an existing mold, supply the original machine details and interface drawings. Review mounting, available strokes, neck components and container removal before confirming reuse.
A Starting Point for an ASB-12M Tooling Assessment
The catalog mentions an ASB-12M mold interface. Use this reference for a drawing comparison alongside the 250 mm upper and 205 mm lower injection strokes.
Conditioning core and cavity strokes are 250 and 230 mm, followed by a 170 mm take-out stroke. Review these movements together with mounting dimensions, neck handling and the removal sequence.
A reference to another mold system does not establish compatibility with every tool in that family. Confirm the fit and any required modifications through the tooling assessment.
Separate Cooling and Electrical Requirements
Motor power is 43.2 kW and heating power is 10 kW, giving a total installed power of 53.2 kW. Keep these electrical figures separate from operating-energy measurements.
The oil-cooler circuit specifies 0.3 ~ 0.4 MPa water pressure and 20 ~ 25 °C water temperature. The machine cooling-water entry is 0.4 ~ 0.6 MPa. Preserve the separate connections and conditions in the installation schedule.
Allow service access to the 300 L oil tank and handling space around the 6 t machine, in addition to its published outline.

Model questions
Questions About the H150-V4
Clarify the product-quantity references and the configuration differences before requesting a comparable machine proposal.
Is the product table an eight-cavity production guarantee?
It lists quantities from 1 to 8 PCS. Confirm how the selected tooling arrangement relates that quantity to active cavities and output before using it in a production calculation.
Why compare H150S-V4?
It has a separate plasticizing-drive entry and a different electrical and dimensional specification. The bottle-size table is similar, so the drive and process proposal become important comparison points.
What distinguishes H150-V4-VE?
It is a separate all-electric configuration with its own servo, screw-speed and installation specification. Compare the complete machine packages for the same bottle and output requirement.
