Model overview

A Separately Specified Plasticizing Drive

The H150S-V4 technical specification separates a 29.8 kW main-drive entry from a 37.7 kW plasticizing servo-motor entry. Together they account for the 67.5 kW motor-power figure; adding the 10 kW heater gives a total installed power of 77.5 kW.

This separation helps define the injection package and electrical schedule. The machine retains its hydraulic classification, with the complete actuation package identified in the equipment proposal.

Review the proposed resin, shot requirements and molding cycle with the selected injection configuration. The effect of the separate plasticizing drive on cycle time or operating cost must be established for the actual application.

Review the motor and injection specifications →

  1. Injection

Match the screw and plasticizing arrangement to the resin, preform and required shot.

  2. Conditioning

Prepare the preform for stretch blowing with the proposed conditioning tool and process settings.

  3. Stretch Blowing

Stretch and blow the preform using the selected bottle mold and clamping configuration.

  4. Take-Out

Remove the container with the neck handling and removal sequence defined for the tool.

Container configuration

Product References: 1 ~ 8 PCS

The one-piece reference combines a 118 mm body, 83 mm neck and 210 mm height. Select the matched row for the proposed container and confirm how its quantity relates to the mold and production cycle.

Read each row as one matched reference. Body, neck, height and weight limits from different rows must not be combined. Final suitability depends on the bottle, preform and mold design.

PCS is the catalog's product-quantity label. It does not independently establish cavity count, cycle time or accepted bottle output.

Confirm the Supplied Plasticizing and Hydraulic Package

Align the separately specified plasticizing motor with the selected actuation and control equipment. The quotation should identify the complete supplied package and any component substitutions.

Tooling and installation

Review the Mold, Electrical Load and Final Layout

Use the same bottle and mold drawings to assess the plasticizing configuration, available station movements and production-cell requirements.

Check the Tool and Injection Arrangement Together

Match the selected 40, 50 or 55 mm screw to the resin grade, preform and required shot. Define the molding conditions for each bottle weight or resin used in the project.

The machine lists 250 mm upper and 205 mm lower injection strokes, 250 and 230 mm conditioning strokes, and a 170 mm take-out stroke. Review these movements alongside mounting dimensions, neck handling and container removal.

Where an existing ASB-12M-related tool is proposed, assess the actual interfaces and connections. A machine-family reference does not establish compatibility without a tooling review.

Use the Approved Installation Drawing

The listed machine length is 5.0 m, height is 3.0 m and weight is 6 t. Confirm the final width, service access and handling clearances from the approved drawing for the selected machine.

The electrical schedule should distinguish the 29.8 kW main drive, 37.7 kW plasticizing motor and 10 kW heating load. Plan utility connections with the specified machine-cooling and oil-cooler circuits kept separate.

Allow access to the 300 L oil tank and account for the proposed auxiliary equipment when arranging the production cell.

Model questions

Questions About the H150S-V4

Clarify the drive classification, installation basis and electrical comparison before approving the equipment configuration.

Does the S designation mean an all-electric machine?

No. The documented difference is the separate plasticizing-drive entry. H150S-V4 is classified as hydraulic, and the complete actuation package must be identified in the equipment schedule.

Which drawing should be used to confirm the installation footprint?

Use the approved installation drawing for the selected configuration. Confirm the final machine width together with the service access, mold-handling clearances and auxiliary-equipment arrangement before fixing the production-cell layout.

How should its electrical rating be compared with H150-V4?

Compare installed load for plant planning and measure running electricity separately under matched production conditions. A higher installed rating alone does not determine energy per accepted bottle.

Discuss your plasticizing configuration

Request an H150S-V4 Proposal

Send the bottle drawing, resin grade and production requirements. Request the selected screw, plasticizing-drive arrangement, mold interfaces and utility schedule in the proposal.

  • Body, height and neck-finish drawing
  • PET or PETG grade and bottle-weight requirements
  • Preform details and proposed mold configuration
  • Accepted-output target and bottle-trial criteria
  • Floor-space, electrical and cooling constraints

Share a drawing link in the message, or send your files to info@isbmmachine.net.

For multiple bottle weights or resin grades, identify each production case so its screw selection and process conditions can be reviewed.
